actually i was able to saftely rng it with the radio frame advancement but i found out im needed to be -7 before my frame, not eight. :/ but either wise im gunna attempt it after id/sid abuse. thanks btw :)

Well I didn't call Lance, I actually used a rebattle code so I didn't have to advance the frame in front of the Elite 4.

I would just do Joey calls to be safe. The radio is too risky and it could throw your frames too far off.

The Latios was certainly hard to RNG indeed. :)

I believe you need to advance it to -8 or -7. Try -8 first.

quick question about the roamer, but do you advance the frame to one before your target frame like a regular rng capture for legend?

yea there are no frame advancements whatsoever. if there is, then idk what you mighta done wrong lol

So the frame doesn't advance at all when you go from outside the room to entering the room?
