Quick question: Does Copycat copty the last move used, or the last move used by a particular pokemon. EG: in a 1v1v1 (a,b,c) B uses whatever, A uses morning sun, c uses shadow ball. Next action B uses copycat on A. Does it copy morning sun, or does it copy Shadow Ball, and target A?
