Any Pokemon from the Sceptile family, a Male Gible with Outrage and Earth Power, a Male from the Tyranitar family with Stealth Rock, Curse, and Outrage, and another Male from the Tyranitar family with Outrage, Dragon Dance, and Stealth Rock.

With the high HP of Jellicent, you might end up helping the other Pokemon more than yourself.

Honestly, I don't think it needs any. It learns Recover through Level Up, and the other Egg Moves aren't that good.

The one I use in the Battle Subway has Recover, Scald, Toxic, and Ice Beam.
