That's about what I figured. In the Time Finder in RNGReporter, Max Shiny Frame needs to be in the 50-60 range or so, then?

IVs are always frame 1, standard seed, and PID is usually around 40-50 but varies by seed.

What are the starting frames for starter Pokemon? I saw you RNG abuse your starter, so I'm looking to do the same.
