Yeah I know. I have a Torterra with it and it is soooo useful! They should have made Bullet Seed a tutor move for BW2. :(

Maybe try sending a Cacturne from D/P/Pt with Bullet Seed to B/W.

change Cacturne's nature to Jolly and give him 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe for his spread. Sucker Punch should be able to outspeed Samurott and do a lot of damage after sub is down.

Keep Alomomola. It walls SD Samurott with ease and your team will appreciate wish support, trust me. :) I've had huge success with Alomomola, so I'm not sure why it's not working for you. My advice would be to only bring it in on physical attackers and keep it away from Electric, Grass, and opposing Water-types.
