Yeah, but as far as I'm aware you can't pop out on Action 3 and then try to use another attack. I took the use of Leaf Storm (or attempted use in this case) as the priority. I would have had you attack someone when you popped up at the end of the second action had you specified a target. As far as I'm aware evasive digging still involved a popping out to attack phase.
