Alright, Your Horseness. My primary reason for being baffled about Galvantula is that I have in the past made it work (although I would say Galvy is B Rank tops, given its typing does still leave some sore spots). My Karenite Experimentations have usually yielded positive results (such as my Dusknoir > Dusclops sojourn, reminiscent of DPP OU), which even though I lose I still get a good sense of some Pokes (although I do find a majority of Ghost-types to still be average in practice, even if I can make adequate use of 'em). The only time where my Karenite shenanigans have failed me was when I tried to use Fraxure in RU, and that's when I realized its Speed tire among other flaws (like my Fraxure set not having Taunt so Ferroseed couldn't T-wave my axe).

Oh well. At times I feel like I want to be R4D1C4L, which is my primary reason for sticking to RU despite its increasing brokenness (after Porygon-Z, there was a time where RU was least broken, but it still had some volatility which makes the casino game of Craps look stable by comparison). UU's also heading down that road, but at least Roserade has been adapted to such that I don't find the Grass-type to be excessively centralizing anymore (although it is kicking Virizion's ass pretty badly, and the only other Grass-type I feel I can make good work with is Whimsicott when it comes to UU, primarily because DAMN IT FEELS GOOD TO BE A PRANKSTER). I tested stuff like Zangoose, Dusknoir, and Vespiquen with mild success (but admit that each of these would be C Rank realistically), so I thought I'd do well wtih Galvantula. Then again, it reminds me of the times I tried to use Cloyster in OU. And those were some pretty OUCH days.

    Haha

I shouldn't laugh but you managed to turn your entire post into comedy gold XP

But seriously, don't sweat it. You don't HAVE to make use out of Galvantula (sometimes you just can't make a Pokemon "work"). If you're having problems with RU, why not wait until Cress gets banned?

hahahahaha, I can't help myself, your post was too funny.

Your Horseness, I seem to run into a motherglubbin problem with the ladder. I'm not quite as good with Dark Horse as I thought I was (although 8 months ago, I had a really good Parasect-based team). I feel like I owe Latula Pyrope a chili god with grape jelly on it as well, because my operations with Galvantula aren't as successful either.

And I'm such a cod dam try hard when it comes to RU, the most broken tier in the existence of Smogon (but also the "most democratic" or some pedantic nonsense perpetuated by some peeps). I don't get what I appear to be doing wrong, so I might as well inquire about it. Do I have to kiss a decapitated head of Cresselia in order to trigger a volcanic eruption for which gets her promoted to OU? :V

Galvantula it is. I'm certain that, if others caught on, I'd be doing RU a favor or two with it in the form of an RMT that many people will parrot like it's hot. But first I must find 5 other teammates for it. Bluh bluh.

I've always been partial to Galvantula, why not give it a spin?

I was thinking a8out, perchance, crafting a Vriska-based team for UU. Do you have anything in particular you'd like to see more of?
