Why, yes you should. I'm getting an AR and a copy of the game possibly later this month.

I'd prefer it not be affected by the Pokemon's type at all, honestly. It's plain and simply ridiculous. Why should the rainbow phoenix lose half of it's health upon entry? Same goes for Charizard, Articuno, Volcarona, and a few others.

I've always been mediocre at OU; probably due to having the less amount of playtime in that tier. Never made a real effort to get used to it either, unfortunately.

Unova already has a large portion of it destroyed as far as I'm concerned, that would simply be treacherous. Someone needs to bring it down now. D:

Because, I...can't. I don't live in the U.S. and our gaming stores are ridiculously overpriced. I'll have to send someone to buy it if they're going overseas, and wait for them to come back home. Oh, lucky you. Figured you would already have it by now.

I've not given up on RNGing. Well, actually, I have, but only for Gen IV. I'll probably try out Gen V RNGing pretty soon, though.

The biggest problem with SR is that it type dicriminates. One nerf would be to cap the damage at 25%, but that still doesn't really help most fire-types.

I really like DW OU, so... why can't you get the hang of it? (I'm just curious, since it's my favorite tier.)

A Rotom-F using Freefall in space would probably turn the attack into Draco Meteor, destroying a sizable portion of Unova in the process.

You're not getting Black on release day? Why not? I've spent the past days playing, and it's a really fun game (which should already be rather obvious since it's a Pokémon game, but still).

Don't give up entirely just yet.

Ruining quite too much Pokemon, I agree. Well, as hilariously broken as that sounds, I think we can do without further entry hazards in the series. Or, perhaps they could try nerfing them for once.

Eh, not surprised. Not much people play Ubers anyway, so I'm left in the dust at times. I've tried Dream World OU, but I don't know; just can't get the hang of it.

    Unless it uses...FREEFA(I)LL on you!

I should be getting my copy sometime this month - not exactly sure when, though.

Huh. I pretty much gave up on RNG abusing when I noticed how unpredictable the delay seemed to be.

Stealth Rock is a bit sad, yes, especially considering many of my favorite pokémon are fire-types. Speaking of which... Stealth Icicle. Do you think it would be a good or terrible idea? 50% off of all Dragon/Flying-types every switch-in sounds really hilarious, I admit, but at least it wouldn't hurt the fire-types! :)

I play Dream World OU, actually. Given my time zone, I pretty much need to play in a popular tier, though. I've never tried ubers, buuut it seems like there are way fewer pokémon to keep track of than in the other tiers.

But wait! Swift clearly counters Rotom-F @ Balloon, even after having used Magnet Rise and Fly! No flier escapes Swift.

(Right, time to go get Pokémon Black! Yessss. Finally. I just need to say goodbye to my spare time, first.)

Well, shiny eggs are the easiest part for me, unfortunately. I've never made the effort to learn the other aspects of it. But that's primarily due to laziness/lack of motivation when I only own one game and no AR.

That's what makes it quite unique. Nobody ever saw the Fire-typing coming. But I'm quite glad it came to that --the "Light-type"- discussion was getting on my last nerves. Poor Charizard wishes Stealth Rock never came to be...actually, I'm kind of fed up with entry hazards in general.

I've tried PO lately; sometimes on the Poke Battle Center (full of douches or elitists). But I only ever go for Uber battles - those happen to be a lot more fun that OU. Join the club; I rarely do any battling aside from simulators.

Rotom-F @Balloon with Magnet Rise and Fly would probably send itself into outer space, there you won't be able to touch it as you get para-flinch haxed to death. Everything would be doomed, most assuredly.

If you know how to hatch shinies, then you're certainly better at RNGing than I am. (But seriously, why did the delay have to be a part of the seed? That's just impossible to predict.)

I kind of like the fact that Reshiram doesn't look like what you'd expect a Fire/Dragon-type to look like (ie a Charizard ripoff, probably). It's a pretty cool design.

I pretty much spent the entire weekend playing PO. It's so addictive it's scary sometimes. I'm not entirely sure I should be playing online games, eheh. At least I almost got a halfway decent ladder rating out of it... almost. I'm actually not a very good battler at all.

Rotom-F should probably ge getting healed by EQ at that point. Why not give it Earth Absorb? And Rotom-F @ Balloon should automatically counter back the damage all ground types attack do while taking none itself. ... that would actually make it viable! Wow. I think that might actually be a good idea.

Rotom-Fan keeps levitate while being a Flying/Electric type...

    YOU'RE KILLING ME GAME FREAK.

Well, I'm all for Reshiram's looks as well. Well, you may be bad at RNG in Gen IV, but I don't know how to do it at all. Well, I could hatch shiny eggs with no problem, but that's about it. I could see why you'd avoid using standardized in-game Pokes online. I've had disaster doing the same thing years ago...

I like the concept of Electric/Dragon more. But Fire/Dragon clearly has better execution so far. Going to enjoy trying out Reshiram next month.

Well, typing longer doesn't quite confuse me, so I don't have a problem with it.

Mines is always sliding out - due to my short attention spam, I quickly lose track of where it went, too. Thus resorting in some slight rage (hence the group avatar).

It would seem so, lol. I'm going to keep that record. >.>

Eh, I wasn't really considering how Reshiram and Zekrom would fare competetively. For one, I don't play ubers, and I'm awful at RNG-abusing (or, I was terrible at it in Gen IV - from what I've heard, things seem to have changed in BW, though?), so using in-game pokés in a "real" match is probably out of the question.

Basically, I just think Reshiram looks better (though most people would disagree) and Fire/Dragon is just a cooler typing than Electric/Dragon.

I try to write longer texts so as to not be too confusing, yeah. Not sure if it works, but I do it anyway.

I also have the "stylus randomly slides out of the DS"-problem, but I always seem to find it whenever that happens. Actually... I just realized that I've lost one of the battery chargers for my DS. The other one just randomly stopped working. (Maybe I should join the group anyway. I have penchant for losing things.)

Nice. You're the top group spammer on Smogon. 'Grats! :)
