well it all depends on where you personally draw the line. You can claim genetics, strength or cognition I suppose. It depends on the criteria and how far on the spectrum you put things.

the reason they do not get rights is because we are bigger and better, we get to enslave them; if someone bigger and better comes from outer space to eat us you will hear no complaints from me!
