Pretty much. It doesn't have the calibrated delay/second stuff. IMO that stuff should've never been the way it is. I think I made the 5th Gen a little more straightforward than all that.

Ah, so that's why I couldn't even find the Victini I caught in the adjacent seeds lol. I thought the date/time were set when you started the game (and the Nintendo logo appeared), while the delay was when you turned the C-Gear on. Now I got it all right, it's like a 4th Gen reset, but with everything being set at the C-Gear, not when pressing Continue.

I saw your post in the 5th gen RNG thread.. not sure if this is the right reply because I'm not exactly sure what you're asking but...

Delay starts counting a little after reset (some fraction of a second) and ends when you turn your C-Gear on. The date/time are also figured in at the time you turn your C-Gear on.

Hope that's what you were looking for. Also, if you could let me know what you found confusing, I'd appreciate it. I'm looking to write up something but I need to know what people aren't understanding =)
