On the Prize Claim for Old Freshmons, I was in the process of updating it when you originally posted - to get the claim you have to post the mons as they presently exist so that the approvers can check it.

There's no such thing as a "Charge Turn" in ASB, therefore EN is expended after the move is executed. Moves have a different charge priority, not a different turn.

I need you to make a ruling on when charge moves expend EN.
Ingame the moves use the PP on the charge turn - before the move is used.
People seem to be ignoring this completely when reffing however and there is no ruling saying otherwise in the DAT.
