Sorry to bug you, but do you know how to unlock more tournaments at the Pokemon World Tournament?? Right now I only have the 3 that you unlock after you beat the Driftveil Tournament.

But 5th Gen RNG is quite simple to do. Have you loked at the 5th Gen help thread? Have you viewed YouTube videos regarding RNG abuse?
