SID abuse in Emerald is completely different. What guide were you looking at?

then thanks so much Voodoo, I want to rng my ID/SID on emerald, I read some guides from Hozu but is so complicated for me. because in emerald the sid is generated before, also the starter frame is 0? Im not sure
