I don't do it frequently since I can only do so much :S Only when someone requests art for the site really. Maybe I'll get back into it someday if I ever get bored, lol. I don't bother with art threads because I know I know I'll eventually not want to be bothered with a ton of requests e_e.

Outlines are for weaklings, that's why I don't use them (nah, I actually don't know why, lol, I probably should start doing so; maybe I'm just lazy!)
