Hey, Im new here and I need some help... 2 things

1. How do you add an avatar to your profie? I dont see an option for it anywhere.

2. Idk if you can do it, but every link in the "Learn..." category right of the Infernape pic on the homepage except "The Smog", "Articles", and "In-Game", isn't working :/
