outrage is the best move in the game but specs meteor is more powerful than band outrage most of the time, use your discretion. the strength of 5drag1mag does not extend to the battle subway, however, i would advise using alternate strategies

If I was going to use 2drag1mag in Battle Subway where item clause is active, would it be better to use something like Choice Scarf Haxorus or would it be acceptable to use Choice Specs Latios as my 2nd Dragon to a Band Dragonite?
