I understand that completely. Rotom-F just doesn't work without Abomasnow, and even though it can pull a lot of offensive pressure, it needs so many key elements to do so. It must have Abomasnow. It must have a Spinner. It must have something to have eliminated bulky Steel-types and maybe Snorlax / Porygon2 / Umbreon.

Well I'm still hesitant on placing Rotom-F in A-tier. I'll have to consult with a some other UU players, for now i'll be placing it in B-tier alongside Walrein.
