As for i1338 and AlexShiny... i1338 offered a Skarmory with Drill Peck/Whirlwind/Counter, which is 100% illegal and he admitted to using a move modifier code on a parent with the excuse of "just realized it can't learn it". AlexShiny hacked the encounter of a hex-flawless Calm Chansey in FR/LG. It was known to be Method 1, and there was no such encounter for that spread on the only encounter slot for Chansey.

Uh... The frame used to RNG the ID/SID combo is just for the ID/SID. You have to hit the spread that you find in RNG reporter. So if your 31/x/31/31/31/0 Quiet spread or w/e is on 600 mil frames you have to go for 600 mil frames.

So the info in NixHex's guide is wrong? His says the the frame you use to RNG the ID/SID is the frame that will produce your shiny.
