You would use the frame of the spread. The frame from the spreadsheet is just for the ID/SID combo that makes the spread shiny.

Yeah subtract 654 from your frames to hit that amount (might be off by a couple if you've been doing other stuff that causes additional advances).

So basically, take my spread reporter gives me, subtract said amount, and hit that?

When you hit A it takes 654 frames to for the spread to generate the spread (give it 4 more frames after to see the full spread btw).
