Ok. Just so you're aware I think the people that have a BCC Scyther used an Adamant Mew w/ Sweet Scent. That is possible to get through the Rage glitch (double battle, transform into a pokemon with Rage + 3 other moves you want, use Rage until the "rage is building" message shows up, then finish the battle w/o switching it out or having it faint. That way one could have access to both a sync and sweet scent.

Also, try looking through people's threads for a BCC Scyther to see what spread they got so you can duplicate that.

Uh... what's the rarity of Scyther in the BCC? If it's 5% or less it would be in one of the slot 1 spreads somewhere... It would still be hard to find but you're limited to 5 different slots instead of all 12. Assuming they were correct that is. I honestly have no clue.

Hey I saw you talking about the BCC encounter slots. From what I picked up in the IRC I hear that the encounter slots are actually picked backwards. Encounter slots are picked based on a percentage thing (0-99). Normally the slots 1-12 are picked by the numbers 0-19, 20-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90-93, 94-97, 98, and 99 starting from slot 1 (meaning slot 1 is 0-19). However in the BCC they're reversed apparently. So slot 1 is 99-80, then 79-60, etc.

That's what I've heard. So if you're after something that's rare try searching for spreads that are normally in slot 1.

To be fair only the researchers knew about it for a long time. I only learned about it recently.
