yeah, I am; alexwolf told me there weren't really any time constraints, and I had to finish gyarados plus two smog articles. I've also been occupied setting up something with a friend of mine, which has been time consuming. I've started track too, which is sucking up my time. I've been spending my c&c time on am gp checks. now that most of this is out of the equation, I'll finish writing up sceptile. I can do it late tomorrow / wednesday; I'm typing from a kindle fire atm and am away. sorry for the delay, but I usually get my stuff done fast; this one time I had other conflicts.
