The boosts to Special Attack and max HP/Energy take effect only while under the effects of Forecast. The improved Weather Ball and the boosts on weather moves are always active.

Hey zar, I'm just after some clarification on the wording of the Castform Crown. Which of the effects only apply while Castform is using Forecast and which (if any) always apply?

Would you feel up to ref a Raging Shore (Normal)? I know it's never been completed before, but since HM has been completed and basically everything about NM was already revealed, I don't see the harm.

I thought the details of NM could mostly be inferred thanks to HM already being beaten in full but okay.

Sadly nope, because none has completed Central Processing (Normal) yet.
