Yes. A Mon can pnly be in either an RP or in Battles, so Litwick can't be used in Battle if it's currently in an RP.

Hey mate.

So I'm reffing this battle, in which Ragnarokalex is using his Litwick. Problem is Litwick is also here in the Battle Hall and the Hall rules state Pokemon within it cannot be used elsewhere.

Does this mean I should throw out the battle?
