My bad. :{ I read the FAQs and thought I couldn't discuss a poke outside its "tier", which is why I was speaking of Goth in RU instead of OU since it was listed as RU. I also did forum search before posting about Bello and couldn't find the original thread anywhere. Either way, my apologies. :(
