Sorry, lostnfound, it's too much to explain, because I'd be repeating what I have in the guide. Try and follow it step by step and learn from the experience. Ask questions on the Gen 4 help thread when you get stuck. It's best to do the steps while you read them. It's best to look and learn. Also, there are video guides to RNG on Youtube. Those might help you. Go visit Youtube and do a search there.

I just registered and am interested in RNGing for the first time (Im a total noob at it) and was wondering since you made this guide if you might help me. I have tried to figure out what I can on my own, but i am still a little lost as to what certain things mean.Things like the frame, exactly how to to achieve a certain delay and what exactly that means, that sort of thing.
