You know, I think I'm going to restart with a Treecko in order to help Wingull. That'll help cut down on time, actually.

OKay, but I just think Geodude would be a lot quicker. Plus he gets many HMs and can help out a lot. He can help with Flannery and Winona and Glacia and even Steven if he knows Earthquake. But it's your call.

Actually, I'm currently rocking Torchic and Wingull alone, both at level 20 after the second gym. Besides the Manectric factor, I could probably take on the next gym with just what I have based on their levels alone. I'll probably catch an Oddish just for status hacks, similar to Effect Spore Shroomish.

I was planning what to do for this before you said you would as well. Honestly, I saw no use for torchic. So, I would train wingull, and catch a geodude for Watson.

Hey, Espeon, I need a little help. Currently just beat the first gym, team is Torchic lvl 16, Wingull lvl 10, and a useless Shroomish lvl 5. Should I train Wingull? Or dump it and power through with Torchic?
