I don't know what to tell you, I believe Torn-T / Rain in general aren't broken enough to be banned, but I can see why some people would want Torn-T gone.

Yea, no luck with Blaziken, imo, whose Speed boost is independent of weather. Excadrill may be retested once the hot suspects are dealt with.

Don't hold your breath for Ho-oh x0 Ho-oh is good in Ubers and it will fucking destroy OU. Kyurem-B is the ONLY exception; don't think it's a precedent to unbanning more of these ubers -.-

it's sad to hear that coz torn-t was actually a fun mon to use, and with these bannings they're just gonna end up banning almost all of bw2 and this will be either bw1 or -God forbid- dpp 2.0...

I miss the times when smogon's policy was to ban as few things as possible and since bw started we have had more bans than in any other gen...

I still believe a simpler and better solution is to just re-release the bw1 banned mons like Blaziken or Exca, but I guess no one cares about my opinion here.

PS: and since kyurem-b is already ou I can't see why Ho-oh isn't, he's way more prone to rocks and doesn't have broken boosting moves, right?
