~Scary Face + Body Slam,
~Focus Energy + Body Slam,
~Double-Edge + Rock Blast,
~Double-Edge + Fissure,
~Rock Blast + Body Slam,
~Curse + Fissure;
Shieldon line:

I think the move combos I quoted are legal.

Smeargle -> Spheal -> Lapras -> Shieldon gets Curse + Fissure nicely.

Also, the combos with Body Slam and Double-Edge can be obtained with 3rd-generation tutors taught to the parents.
A 3rd-gen-originating Larvitar can know Scary Face, Focus Energy, Double-Edge and Body Slam at the same time.
A 3rd-gen-originating Rhyhorn can Rock Blast, Double-Edge, and Body Slam at once.
The Snorlax obtained in XD comes with Curse and Fissure, and it can be taught Double-Edge as well, making Double-Edge and Fissure legal.

Cranidos line:

Also meant to quote Cranidos, but for Cranidos, Double Edge + Slam is legal thanks to a 3rd-gen Lickitung, and Double Edge + Whirlwind can come from 3rd-gen Tropius.

Smoochum obtains the Wish/Meditate combination from an Event Drowzee. It's a bit unlikely, but it's possible!

Volbeat, Illumise

Technically Volbeat and Illumise aren't an evolutionary family, but it's only a mater of time until they get a prevo!
Code:
Volbeat:

@RBGolbat: I noticed you didn't include Ingrain + Charm on Bulbasaur's list of illegal egg move combinations. Perhaps I'm mistaken but Charm can only be gotten through Shroomish (after breeding with Togetic) and Shroomish can't get Ingrain.

Shellder has Take Down as an egg move but as far as I can tell from the resources available there's no way to breed it onto an egg.
The Shellder that can be purified in XD (thus learning Refresh) also comes with Take Down, similar to Fissure Snorlax.

Barboach, Whiscash

The Shellder that can be purified in XD (thus learning Refresh) also comes with Take Down, similar to Fissure Snorlax.
Ah, tricky. I can see why the guides might fail to mention that. Thanks for the information, I'll make some corrections.

Shroomish can't learn Counter, Mega Kick, Mega Punch, Seismic Toss, or Mud-Slap at all. I also believe these combinations should be added:

~Poison Heal + Body Slam,
~Poison Heal + Double-Edge,
~Poison Heal + Mimic,
~Poison Heal + Refresh,
~Wake-Up Slap + Body Slam,
~Wake-Up Slap + Double-Edge,
~Wake-Up Slap + Mimic,
~Wake-Up Slap + Refresh,

For Breloom, I believe Counter + Poison Heal/Wake-Up Slap is legal because Counter is a level-up move for Breloom. Mud-Slap + Poison Heal/Wake-Up Slap should also be fair game because Breloom learns Mud-Slap from a Platinum move tutor. Like with Shroomish, these combos should be added:

~Wake-Up Slap + Body Slam,
~Wake-Up Slap + Double-Edge,
~Wake-Up Slap + Mimic,
~Wake-Up Slap + Refresh,

EDIT: More illegal Breloom combos
~Worry Seed + Mega Punch,
~Worry Seed + Mega Kick,
~Worry Seed + Seismic Toss,

(These move tutor moves can only be obtained on a 3rd-generation Breloom, and Worry Seed is a 4th-gen only level-up move for Shroomish only - a Breloom migrated with these moves can't learn Worry Seed.)
--

@RB Golbat: Looking at the Turtwig line's combos in post #14, the Double-Edge + Body Slam + Tickle + Worry Seed combination jumped out at me. Unless I'm missing something, that should be Double-Edge + Tickle + Worry Seed and Body Slam + Tickle + Worry Seed because none of the Tickle + Worry Seed users can be tutored Double-Edge or Body Slam in the 3rd generation.

--

I'll see if I can compile the remaining Mineral Pokémon (Geodude, Onix, Nosepass, and Snorunt lines) in a little bit.
