I think the rules are fairly straightforward but just making clear:
- All sets in EX series allowed, no banned cards.
- No mulligan rule.
- Best out of 3.
- Be a good sport.
- When in doubt, use Compendium.

Deadline is Monday October 4th. This should be enough time to get used to EX (with a bit of practice) and build some decks.
