Battle in progress. Please refrain from posting.

Arena:
The canopy of a rainforest. A large platform suspended by four ropes tied to the trunks of trees has been placed for Pokemon who can maneuver as well through the trees. Pokemon who are apt at climbing are free the use the treetops during battle. Being a rainforest, rain is a common occurrence. Also, wild Pokemon from the forest may appear if they are disturbed.

There is a 40% chance that it will start raining at the end of every round. There is a 30% chance that rain will stop at the end of every round if it is currently raining.

After every action, there is a chance of a wild Pokemon coming out and attacking the Pokemon that performed the action, providing that the action dealt damage. The chance that that will happen is 25%. Note that the percentage will increase by 5% for every base power point over 9. For example, if a Syclar uses Blizzard (12 BP), the chance that a wild Pokemon will attack Syclar at the end of the action will be .25 + .05 (12 - 9) = .4 or 40%.

These are the Pokemon that may come out, along with the attacks that they may use as well as percentage chance:
Caterpie - 15% - String Shot
Weedle - 15% - String Shot
Spinarak - 12.5% - Spider Web
Pichu - 12.5% - Thundershock
Ariados - 10% - Spider Web / Bug Bite
Pikachu - 10% - Thunderbolt
Beedrill - 6% - X-Scissor / Poison Jab
Butterfree - 6% - Bug Buzz / Sleep Powder
Noctowl - 5% - Air Slash / Extrasensory
Raichu - 3% - Thunderbolt / Thunder
Pinsir - 2% - Megahorn / Earthquake
Heracross - 2% - Megahorn / Close Combat
Celebi - 1% - Leaf Storm / Psychic / Earth Power

These forest Pokemon are special and will be able to use all their abilities at the same time.

Turn Order:
This is a bit complicated. Each combatant is represented by the first letter of their username.

Round 1:
Sending out Pokemon

---CHDW

Rounds after that:
WHDC (Round 2)
HCWD (Round 3)
CDHW (Round 4)
DWCH (Round 5)
HWCD (Round 6)
WDHC (Round 7)

There shouldn't be more than 7 rounds (hopefully).

Handsome meet Guernica, his life is now in your hands and your life in his. Smell him, taste him, you are one.

First, set up a protective Light Screen for you and Guernica.

Now put that comeliness to use and Attract Black Widow.

Finally fire off a Shadowball at Doctor over there.

i don't particularly know why you would ever lick a grimer, but bro that's your fetish

create a Spider Web between the top of the trees so it'll be off-limits for them unless they want to be immobile for 6 actions :D

fire off a Thunderbolt against Handsome

create a String Shot "Barrier" between Doctor and the Shadow Ball to protect Doctor

Okay Doctor, while they are stuck in the web, use Confuse Ray on Handsome and use Confuse Ray again, but this time on Guernica! Finish it with hitting Guernica with a Will-O-Wisp!

Alright, Guernica, time to put these guys on lock-down.

You're the slowest one out there so start off by hitting Doctor with a Disable after his Confuse Ray to prevent him from using it on you. Begin to build up some power with a Stockpile. Finish the round off by firing a Flamethrower towards Black Widow in an attempt to destroy the String Shot Barrier. If you're too slow to destroy it in time for Handsome to hit Doctor just aim the Flamethrower at Black Widow.

Disable ~ Stockpile ~ Flamethrower(Barrier)/Flamethrower(Black Widow)

Round One Start!
In the jungle, the mighty jungle, the Celebi sleeps tonight...

Welcome to the rainforest... jungle thing! This is a 1+1 v 1+1 tag-team Double battle! On one end of the suspended platform, Doctor floats around eerily, solemnly peering at his opponents. Black Widow is a bit more energetic, scuttling around like a spider on coffee. On the other end of the platform, Handsome appears to be concentrating on the battle that is about to unfold; how serious he is! By his side, Guernica the Grimer silently slides his way about the platform, smiling all the while.

The platform is still; the air is clear. Birds chirp in the skies above, even though there are gray cumulonimbus clouds hovering ominously above. There is a calm air to the arena, although the quiet rustling of the leaves may be disconcerting to some. Some bugs are visible, climbing up trees and eating leaves, but the hidden one is the most well known: the pixie of the forest, Celebi.

The calmness of the scene is disrupted abruptly, as Handsome kickstarts the battle. Tall, golden Light Screens shimmer into view around the Breezi and Guernica as it contrasts against the dull green of the forest. Black Widow quickly spins a Spider Web across the entire canopy, blocking a little bit of the light filtering in. The white web looks potentially deadly; it might not be a good idea to get near it! Doctor, who has floated his way towards Handsome, shoots a bright beam of Confuse Ray towards the Breezi; this causes Handsome to become confused for one action! Guernica perceives another Confuse Ray to be shot soon, and quickly uses his telepathic powers to temporarily erase the move from Doctor's memory with Disable.

Handsome is quite handsome, even when turned into a pitiful confused Breezi. Handsome uses this to his advantage, Attracting Black Widow for two rounds! Black Widow falls in love with Handsome and becomes extremely indecisive on what to do. She doesn't want to attack Breezi, but her trainer might beat her if she doesn't. In the end, fear of pain wins out and she summons a Thunderbolt to blast the Breezi for significant damage. Leaves around the arena rustle a little louder, but no wild Pokemon appears. Doctor continues to float around the platform, but it does nothing except for stare at the trees with a glassy look on his face. Guernica stores his food matter into vital parts of his toxic body (don't ask); the Stockpiling decreases damage taken by 1.5!

Handsome creates a dark purple ball out of shadows and hurls it at Doctor. However, a String Shot is shot at the Shadow Ball right before it hits Doctor, knocking it a little bit off course. Shadow Ball still hits for significant damage as Doctor is pushed back a little bit! The leaves around the platform rustle a bit more, and a Pichu pops out of the bushes! It fires off a Thundershock at Handsome, dealing a large amount of damage, though the damage is reduced a bit as it passes through the golden walls. Doctor, now finished with staring at trees, shoots a stream of blue-white flames towards Guernica. The flames sear the Grimer's toxic body, burning the Grimer! Guernica, not happy with the flames surrounding his body, shoots a stream of red flames at Black Widow. The flames deal heavy damage to the poor spider, and the sheer hotness of the flames burn Black Widow! Once again, the leaves around the platform shake around, but no Pokemon appears.

Round One End.

That round was great, time to move them from the frying pan and into the fire.

Start by using your Flamethrower to burn the Spider Web above Doctor and Black Widow. Use it to cut a circle out of the web to drop it on them. Then hit Black Widow with an Acid Bomb and another Flamethrower.

Next, fire another Shadowball at Doctor and Copycat his Will O' Wisp, burning him right back.

Round Two Start!
We have a pretty balanced battle here: two semi-healthy Pokemon versus one full-health and one less-healthy one. However, the wild Pokemon don't seem to be liking this battle too much as the rustles around the platform get louder and louder. One might even say that the pixie of the forest woke up to make sure the battle didn't get too out of hand. After all, Celebi would be able to stop this skirmish, right?

Handsome swoops by Black Widow, flattering her and asking for an Encore of String Shot. Looking at that Breezi, the Bachuru can't possibly resist and sprays a String Shot all over Handsome, lowering its Speed by one stage! Backfire? Maybe, maybe not. Doctor summons a gusty gale of bone-chilling wind, making sure that all the wind swirls around the goo-covered Handsome. Handsome gets heavily buffeted by the large Blizzard, dealing significant damage (reduced when it passes through the golden walls). The rustling around the Duskull gets extremely loud, but it seems that no Pokemon is willing to come out and confront this horror. Guernica takes advantage of the fact that nobody attacks him, shooting a large stream of flames up at the treetops, aiming for the spider web. The Flamethrower barely reaches the spider web, melting it. The remainder of the spider web falls through the canopy and down towards the platform. Everybody tries to move out of the way and succeeds, the sole exception being Guernica himself, as his moving speed isn't exactly impressive.

Black Widow is on the top of the world; after all, how many times will you find a Pokemon that appreciates your string-shotting skills? She fires off another String Shot at Handsome, which lowers its speed by one stage! Handsome parachutes away from Bachuru and heads towards Doctor, gathering up shadowy material as he soars. As the Breezi approaches Doctor, Handsome fires off the Shadow Ball in the direction of the Duskull's face, hitting him for a relatively large amount of damage. Leaves rustle some more, but again, nothing really happens. Doctor shoots a stream of ghostly flames at Handsome, but the Breezi manages to avoid the Will-O-Wisp, parachuting around like an expert! Guernica takes advantage of not getting damaged again, shooting a highly concentrated burst of acid at Black Widow. The spray of Acid (evidently it's called Acid Spray now not Acid Bomb) does a bit of damage to the Bachuru, and her Special Defense is lowered by two stages (I know the DA thread says one, but isn't it two...?)!

Black Widow, finally calming down after the last few turns of shooting goo, decides that it's time to spin some more stuff, albeit in a more organized fashion. She can't exactly just web all over the place (the move description doesn't allow it and I don't really think it's plausible), so Black Widow spins another Spider Web between trees, severely limiting the areas in which Guernica and Handsome can move (it's like being boxed in, but you can fly over). Handsome thinks very carefully about Doctor's last action, attempting to recreate it right back at him. With much effort, Handsome procures some of the blue ghostly flames and sends them towards Doctor. The flames actually hit this time, burning the Duskull with Will-o-Wisp! A bit irritated now, Doctor sends a ghostly beam towards Guernica; Night Shade causes Guernica to have some unpleasant nightmares, making him suffer exactly 10 points of damage. The leaves in the trees around the suspended platform rustle again, and a Butterfree flies out. The Butterfree angrily emits a sound vibration; Bug Buzzmakes Doctor take significant damage! The Butterfree, now somewhat satisfied, flies back into the trees. Guernica shoots more flames from his toxic mouth, surrounding Black Widow with searing hot fire. The Flamethrower deals heavy damage to the foe Bachuru, and her acidic wounds make her take even more damage. The bushes rustle again, and suddenly, everything stops. The trees are absolutely quiet, the birds stop chirping, and the bugs stop munching on leaves. A small light winds its way from the very center of the forest to the platform. Behold, Celebi! Celebi flies to the platform, observing the scene below it. It focuses on the one who just fired the deadly attack: Guernica. Angry at him for destroying nature, Celebi uses its psychic powers to Psychic the Grimer, surrounding him in a blue aura and flinging him hard to the ground. Extremely hard.

Celebi flies onto the treetop, enraged at the destruction of the forest. Anybody who attacks with an attack that hits a tree or bush or Wild Pokemon runs the risk of incurring the wrath of Celebi (that is, one of its destructive attacks). Good luck to all our combatants, and may you stay alive.
Round Two End.

You can attack Celebi, though it's probably inadvisable.

For future reference, here are the Pokemon in order of speed:

Round Three Start!
To an outsider, this would look like utter disaster. A platform suspended by trees with a large spider web stuck to the middle wouldn't seem organized, especially with the pile of purple sludge stuck in the web. However, it seems that destruction will be lessened with a small intimidating figure somewhere in the trees.

While Handsome is still struggling to rid himself of the sticky string that is still stuck to him, Black Widow scuttles along the large spider web, reaching Guernica. Then, she telepathically erases the memory of the Grimer's last move; what was it? Ah yes, Flamethrower. As Black Widow scuttles back, leaving Guernica with an empty look in his eyes, Handsome recreates the shimmering golden walls of light; Light Screen will remain for six more actions, including this one. Doctor takes the path of non-attacking as well; linking himself to Guernica with a telepathic bond, the Duskull evens out the vitalities of the two Pokemon, leaving the Grimer slightly drained. Guernica quickly recovers, however, and shoots a large mass of sludge at Black Widow, who takes some damage from it.

Next, Black Widow summons a large bolt of thunder from the sky. It slams into some Pidgeys in the sky, as well as coming into the canopy and hitting Handsome quite hard. However, some bushes rustle, and a Weedle pops out, shooting some bug string onto Black Widow before crawling back into the underbrush. Handsome creates a blob out of local shadows, firing the ball at Doctor the Duskull, dealing a good amount of damage. Doctor isn't too phased as he floats over to the Breezi, erasing the move Shadow Ball from Handsome's mind. Back under the sticky web, Guernica fires another highly-concentrated spray of acid at Black Widow, which deals a good bit of damage as well as lowering her Sp.D by another two stages.

It becomes a race between Black Widow and Handsome to attack through their sticky bindings. In the end, the Breezi succeeds, erasing Thunderbolt temporarily from Black Widow's memory. As soon as that happens, Black Widow stops moving, a senile look visible in her eyes. Doctor is not impressed, firing a beam of shadowy light at the Celebi high in the trees, confusing it. Guernica takes the opportunity to rain more acid down on the battlefield, finishing off the electric spider. Some trees are affected by the acid and immediately start to shrivel and die. Seeing this, the confused Celebi becomes extremely enraged, attacking Guernica with another powerful Psychic attack. Guernica is flung to the ground with a blue aura, taking a huge amount of damage in the process.

Round Three End.

Hurgh, 2 vs 1? Well, Guernica is now on the forest floor due to Celebi, so let's make this 1 on 1! Okay Doctor, fly down the the forest floor where it will be harder for Handsome to maneuver. Then use ShadowSneak followed by an Astonish on Guernica!

Alright, Guern, Doctor is on the ropes, let's not let up.

As soon as Doctor reaches the ground hit him with your signature Acid Spray. Follow that up with two Thunderbolts!

Round Four Start!
As Bachuru is recalled to his Pokeball and trainer HD leaves the arena, tears on his face, the remaining team member glares at his two opponents, each of whom appear confident in their abilities. Guernica waits on the forest floor, while Handsome threatens from above. It appears that Doctor has nowhere to go...

Handsome gathers air from the sky, energizing and swirling it in the cover of his parachute. Then, he launches the air at the floating Duskull, who takes significant damage from the attack. Not wanting to take another one of those attacks, he quickly floats away from the parachuting monstrosity and down to the forest floor, where he is met by a grinning Guernica. Guernica quickly sprays highly concentrated acid all over the floor, dealing damage to Doctor and lowering his Sp.D by two stages. Seeing the trees already getting eaten away by the acid, Celebi senses the earth with its mind and sends a pulse emanating through it; the pulse erupts just under Guernica, making him take a chunk of damage.

On the forest floor, Doctor stretches his shadow over Guernica, enters the shadow, and attacks the Grimer quickly, dealing a small amount of damage. Above the platform, Handsome creates a small, whirling Gust and flings it towards Doctor, but some trees get in the way, allowing the Duskull to take some reduced damage. Guernica looks around for the foe Duskull and summons a bolt of lightning from the sky. The Thunderbolt crashes down on Doctor with a resounding crack!, and Doctor can barely get up afterwards.

However, it seems that there's still some fight left in this old ghost. He gets up slowly, floating towards Guernica with an intense glare. Doctor charges up an attack, prepares to fire it, and gets hit by an Air Slash by the Breezi up high. The Duskull crumples to the ground, unable to move. Cartoons! and Wikey win!
