Kirlia will be fine, I suppose. I forgot DQ time, 2 days should be plenty I assume (kinda standard for small matches like this, too).

Ref when someone gets a chance, no rush.

Open Challenge,

2 vs 2 singles
2 day DQ
0 recoveries, 3 chills

Arena: The Vancouver Riots (this ones for you hockey lovers)

Upon the Canucks defeat vs the Boston Bruins, the people rioted in the streets. This is where the battle will take place. The arena is open to the sky, there is plenty of water, thanks to being right by the waterfront and seismic activity is permitted (though people around you will get hurt) the ground is to hard to dig through though. All around you there are rioters and riot police. People are looting stores and lighting cars on fire, in the distance the viral "kissing couple" can be seen. There is glass all over the ground and the streets are a mess. Tall skyscrapers overlook the clash, though most of them dark, are only lit by the orange glow of the fire.

I'm going to leave this part up to the referee but at the end of each round something can happen. There is no specific RNG percentage of it happening but it is entirely be up to the referee. This can be stuff like the riot police coming in and beating up the trainers and Pokemon. It's entirely up to the ref, though it has to be related to the riot.

I will accept!

Need to test out this mon that i got, so issuing an open challenge!

1v1 Singles
3 day DQ

Arena: Sky Dive Into Nothingness.

You and your Pokemon are Skydiving, but there's nowhere for you to land, so you're just continually falling down. Flying mons can fly, but they will be out of range for most attacks on falling pokemon within a few seconds. Levitating mons just fall (except for Flygon, they act like flying pokemon)

(On a random side note, the entire place is white and spans into nothing.)

Since the pokemon are falling, Surf and moves that require ground to work (eg, Earthquake, Magnitude, Mud Bomb.) fail since there is no ground to work with.

Again, Dummy and I need a subref for this 2v2 Dubs with no rounds reffed yet.

I'll also be issuing another challenge...

No Recovers/chills
At least 2 Pokemon must be LC-eligible; the other can be evolved, but not fully evolved.

Arena: Waste Factory

A dilapidated factory that was abandoned a long time ago. It manufactured poisonous waste. How strange. Over time, the gunk leaked out of the holding tanks, covering the entire floor with a couple inches of this poisonous material. In addition, part of the waste turned into gaseous haze over the decades, making it quite hard to see. The factory itself is medium-sized, and all of the equipment have been pushed to the sides so they do not affect the battle. All Pokemon that are unable to see through dark poisonous screens suffer a 15% (flat) accuracy decrease. All Pokemon that are not immune to poison have a 20% chance to have normal poison inflicted on them by the haze (including corroded Steel-types). All grounded Pokemon that are not immune to poison have a 15% chance to have toxic poison inflicted on them by the sludge on the ground (including corroded Steel-types); in the event that toxic poison is inflicted when the Pokemon has normal poison, toxic poison will override normal poison and the counter will start at 3 DPA.

ok, i need to fill a battle slot that's been open far too long!

6v6 Doubles
DQ: 2 Days
2 Recovery/5 Chills
Arena: hmmm, let's steal one from earlier days

The Anomaly

Nobody knows how the anomaly got there. Nobody knows what the Anomaly really is. All they know is that it's the perfect stage to conduct battles. When the fight begins, there will be simply nothing, just a blank blanket of white which makes you think you're going mad. However, as the battle progresses, the Anomaly will shift to adapt to the requirements. If a fish pokemon is sent out, then suddenly a pond will appear to swim in. If a Pokemon uses Rock Slide, rocks will be created from nothing. All that is required the anomaly provides.

i'm not sure what i'll be using, be aware :s

I've been looking for a big battle

Arena: Shape-shifting Arena
Field Type: Varies
Complexity: Medium
Format: All

Restrictions: No water source EXCEPT for the Water Field.

Ref Instructions: At the beginning of the match, a random field will be selected from the options below. Every time a Pokemon is fainted, the arena will change again. If more than one Pokemon faints in the same round, then the arena will change only once. Each arena has an equal chance of being chosen.

The arena is 40 feet wide and 85 feet long. After every time a Pokemon is KOd, it can shift into the following arenas:

Desert: Sand is poured out of pipes and into the arena. The sand is about 20 feet deep and a bit loose.

Water: A large ditch starts to appear on the sides of the arena and right through the middle (so it looks like a giant "H"). The ditch is 10 feet wide and 15 feet deep. Pipes start to pour water into the ditches. Also, there is a small lake that forms in the center, with a radius of 10 and a depth of 20.

Grass: Grass that is 3 feet tall starts to pop out of the arena. Pretty simple, no?

Forest: Similar to the grass arena, however, 20 trees will randomly pop up out of nowhere. These trees vary in size and shape. The referee should notify both players when a Pokemon is near a tree.

Winter: Pipes start to blast out water and chunks of ice all over the arena. The ice is about 8 feet deep, and if a Pokemon digs deep enough, they will encounter water (10 feet deep).

Arena: Ice Canyon

Field Type, Complexity, Format, and Restrictions:
Field Type: Ice (Ice-type moves take less energy, Hail costs less to summon, while Sandstorm costs more, and Sun does not boost Fire-type moves, although other effects still apply.)
Complexity: Moderate (all moves available, but several restrictions, mostly weather-based, still apply.)
Format: All
Restrictions:
  • Ice-type moves other than Hail cost 1 less energy.
  • Hail, whether by move or by Snow Warning, costs 2 less energy to summon.
  • Sandstorm, whether by Sand Stream or by move, costs 2 more energy to summon.
  • Sun does not boost Fire-type attacks. All other effects, such as ability activation and SolarBeam having 0 priority, still work properly.
  • Rain faces no restrictions.
  • Dig is considered to be an Ice-type move.
  • Through various loopholes, all other moves are available.
Flavor

A hollow, symmetric depression in a glacier, 25 feet wide at the bottom, 35 at the top, and 50 feet high. It extends too far away to exit. There's a water source in the form of an icy brook or stream flowing through, but Dig deals Ice-type damage; the glacier is too deep to hit soil. If you need more water, you can always melt some of the wall. Stones have been brought in from god-knows-where, and they can be used for attacks like Rock Slide. Earthquake, Bulldoze, and Magnitude will still inflict seismic damage. Earth Power can pierce the ice long enough to deal Ground-type damage. The walls are surprisingly stable; no avalanches can be triggered here. All Ice-type moves but Hail cost 1 energy less to execute here, and Hail costs 2 less energy to summon, whether through Snow Warning or the move Hail. Sandstorms, on the other hand, cost 2 extra energy to summon for want of material, whether through Sand Stream or the move Sandstorm, and the Sun's rays bounce off the reflective ice, preventing its heat from boosting Fire-type moves. (However, SolarBeam and Sun-based abilities still trigger.)
Need A Ref Still!
ok, i'll ref this

QuantumDerp, Steampowered, If you need a subref, I'd be happy to be yours for your battle, once approved!
Subreffing Reasons are always "generosity"! ;-)
P.S.: If you can, please extend the DQ time to 4 days for refs, but once needed, meaning only when I post that I'm busy, OK?
