Hitmonlee doesn't learn Magic Coat. Also, Serebii's Magic Coat learnlist is wrong as I've personally tested the Magic Coat tutor on Lucario and it doesn't get it.

Also I don't get it. Why would you use rapid spin Hitmonlee at all o_O?
The Magic Coat list is mixed up with Role Play isn't it? But Rapid Spin on Hitmonlee doesn't seem very useful, since although it's surprising, lots of people would switch to a Ghost to block the Hi Jump Kick anyway.

yeah the MC/Role Play thing is mixed on Serebii and I think bulbapedia has the right one.

Unburden Lee has been released. Oh how I cant wait to get my hands on 1 haha. I can see it being a great goodstuff lead, though i still favor intimitop for well support. Thoughts?

Unburden Lee should prefer 3 v. 3; there's a good chance opponent decided not to bring their best counter for him and he probably won't get forced out! I can definitely see Unburden doing some damage, even if the ever-common priority trips him up.

In addition, he has a fairly awesome natural movepool and really doesn't miss many 4th Gen moves.

Anybody test out this yet?

Hitmonlee @ Fist Plate
Ability: Unburden
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Speed/4 HP
Moveset:
-Mach Punch/Fake Out
-Hi Jump Kick/Close Combat/Protect/Wide Guard
-Stone Edge/Rock Slide
-Fling

Flinging an 80 BP Fist Plate can deal a good amount of damage, and Hitmonlee can outspeed a few things, as well, without Unburden, giving it a 1.3x boost to it's Fighting moves if it doesn't Fling it's item away.

I can only really see this as a way around a suspected Ghost type switch in to block a suspected Hitmonlee Fake Out or STAB move, but it seems viable. Takes a decent amount of prediction though.

Fake Out + CC/HJK in singles.

Mach Punch + Protect/Wide Guard in Doubles/Triples.
