-This set works well with hail.
-Use Ice Beam over Blizzard in a non-hail team, although Glaceon is not a good pokemon outside hail.

EVS: 252 HP 4 Defence 252 Sp. Attqck

-This TR set has alot of problem with Metagross and therefore should be used with a good support pokemon. (For Eg.Will-O-Wisp Evolite Dusclops)

I don't play triples that often so if you could suggest a set that would be great.

Trick Room Glaceon with a Chople berry and hidden power ground / fighting works very well in doubles and triples. Metagross is still difficult to beat even with hp ground, so the Trick Room user needs to be able to handle Metagross (w.o.w. dusclops for example).

Icy Wind is a decent option that hits both opponents and doesn't demand hail. Ice Body's recovery doesn't amount to much in doubles, so I'd rather use Snow Cloak.

I didn't mention Icy Wind in the TR set since reducing opponents speed will do you no good. Although I guess I'll make a seperate Icy Wind set.

Because of Glaceon's frailty and weakness to common spread moves, I believe the Trick Room set should have Protect instead of Signal Beam and the Blizzard Spammer should have Choice Scarf slashed somewhere. Also, I think that Ice Beam should be slashed before Shadow Ball. Ice Beam and Blizzard on the same set is a little strange, but it works against wide Guard Users.

oh and most ev spreads go in this order:
HP / Atk / Def / SpA / SpD / Spe
