I'm really sorry if I shouldn't be posting this here, but I literally just signed up and would like to know when the next round of the Tutoring Program will begin, so that I can sign up. I usually don't do too much competitive battling and just enjoy the games (no wi-fi where I live anyway), but since I like learning about game mechanics and stuff, I thought I might learn advanced battling from Smogon.
