These have been taken from Antar's thread. I find stats interesting for promoting discussion so I thought I'd post them here. As an aside, I've included the stat differentials for the first fifty pokemon in Ubers so we can see what is gaining popularity.

Some interesting points:

-Kyogre is supreme king of Ubers (yeah like thats going to change any time soon...)

-Deoxys-S, Terrakion, Excadrill, Espeon, and Gliscor have all seen massive increase in usage. Wobbuffet has seen a minor surge in usage as well. It'd be interesting to see what items and sets are popular to analyze the metagame better but sadly we lack such detailed stats at the moment. Fear not because this is being worked on !

-Victini has fallen by quite a margin and is now the 50th Uber and ranks below Swampert and Charizard....man, people sure like their starters a lot ! On the point of Charizard, it has finally seen a drop in usage !

Also, we have had 6000 less battles compared to June !! Guys, get on the ladder more often ! So, discuss away about your Ubers and I'd like to see (especially) some discussion about the Pokemon which have seen a spike in usage like Deoxys-S and Terrakion. It'd be interesting to hear what items and moves you use or what could be used.

I've been seeing Garchomp on quite a few teams too. It is really an excellent Scarfer thanks to its fantastic Dragon and Ground STAB's. Basically, if your opponent lacks a neutral Arceus (not weak to Dragon or Ground), Lugia, Groudon or if they have been removed, he / she is in trouble !

I agree.
With so many legendary dragons, it's served me well.
I really...don't like the SD set though.
Maybe it's just me because I just couldn't do well with it (with or without sand support T_T)

I dont understand how people wasnt able to understand how Terrakion is great in Uber when you can see his STAB and RK ability. Anyway, thx to the smog, he's used pretty often now.
I'm running Deo-S + MixRay to break the classic rain stall (nuttre/ogre/kia/gira/dialga/ceus), and finally a ghost ceus to keep my Spikes and to wipe out a good portion of Offense.

Seriously, Garchomp is horrible in Scarf now, he cant break Arceus, even the offensive one. The SD version (well, all of the SD mons in Uber) is destroyed alive by defensive Arceus.

I disagree there, sure Garchomp cannot break Arceus but neither can Palkia for that matter. Garchomp's niche is as a Dragon breaker, nothing beats stuff like Dialga and Palkia better and more reliably than Garchomp. Also Garchomp being physically based can come in handy at times. But thats my opinion ! You are fully entitled to have an opinion which differs from mine or Mr. X. You can always use some other Pokemon to break Arceus.

Also, as a heads up, this thread is just the tip of the iceberg, I and the other mods have got a lot of new discussions and stuff planned out for our dearest Uber forum. So yeah just keep that in mind and wait for a few days, we are going to restore the glory days of BW Ubers and all of us, including you guys, will be a part of this !

I agree.
With so many palkia, dialga, reshiram, zekrom, rayquaza, and evidently garchomp in UBERS, ScarfChomp is a fantastic scarfer. It is however pretty annoying not to be able to deal too well with the standard Normal Arceus.

Chomp can kill easily dragon yeah, but Arceus can wall it all the day which is not the case with Palkia who can hurt him a lot with Surf under the rain (49/58 on 252/0), which Chomp can just dream off. Also, unless you have Chansey, there is almost nothing that can Wall Palkia easily which is the case with Chomp and Skarm/Groudon.

Anyway, as you said, thats my opinion. Looking forward your entire iceberg.

Yeah, I noticed quite few more as well. It is quite refreshing battling a sun team after battling the same archetypal Drown All team on the ladder. Though, I have to admit that is getting more and more rare as people begin to experiment more and more.

Tyranitar at +1, be prepared for SS!

I always thought Tyranitar was quite awesome in Ubers thanks to Pursuit and SS. I've been mulling about pairing up Mewtwo with Tyranitar since Tyranitar checks those annoying Shadow Sneak Giratina-O's and removes Mewtwo's most reliable check apart from revenge killing.

I'm running Deo-S + MixRay to break the classic rain stall (nuttre/ogre/kia/gira/dialga/ceus), and finally a ghost ceus to keep my Spikes and to wipe out a good portion of Offense.

What is the rest of your team ? I'm curious and I dont think I'm the only one.

Very interesting jumps, especially Mewtwo, Darkrai, and Rayqauaza. I suppose offense is slowly returning to Ubers. The top mons don't surprise me much, although the drop in Ferros is interesting, considering how dominant Ferrogre was before. I wouldn't say it's on its way out because it's really an effective combination, but it seems people are experimenting with different Steels.

Most Giratina-o run Will-O-Wisp these days, so that will cripple your strategy!
Also, I'm pretty sure Rock Polish Groudon would break through this combo.

Yes, its true most Giratina-O are running Will-O-Wisp nowadays though I personally prefer my old Giratina-O with four offensive moves, Also about RP Groudon, yeah quite a few Pokemon break through that combo but thats where you're other four Pokemon come in handy ;) Lugia and Giratina positively laugh at RP Groudon unless it gets a Swords Dance, then things start getting a "little" complicated.

Giratina is probably your best bet in that situation, as it can tank +2 EQ like a boss and Burn.

Definitely. Offense always worked, but now people are starting to realie how to beat stall with new attackers. Also regarding Terrakion: people need to use so much more Scarf Terrakion. Makes a perfect check to Extremkiller Arceus since it's barely 2HKOed by a +2 Extremespeed and you can always just keep on spamming Close Combat after you batter Arceus. It also makes a good Darkrai switchin if you can predict the Dark Pulse. Anyone think that people may be starting to use it in conjunction with Tyranitar (explaining the jump in usage for it)?

But do you think it is good enough, along with the scarf set (and CB set to a lesser degree) to put garchomp as one of the top mons? as the 14th-most used mon in the users? Hmm...

I was using Palkia for checking Choice Ogre, Terrakion LO double dance (pretty good against stall and serve as a check for EKceus) and one last mons. My team isnt finished yet since i'm always changing the last to see what can be better.

Concerning Garchomp, as I said, Arceus is a fucking pain in the ass for every version.

While Latias is definitely worse off without Soul Dew, she is still very much functional. With a spread of max HP/max SpD Calm, she avoids being 2HKOed by Scarf Water Spout. Although she's outsped by stuff that she shouldn't be (you can use 96 Speed EVs to outspeed Modest Specs Kyogre), she is still a very solid defensive Pokemon that can hold a number of teams together. I've been using her in about 3 of my teams, every time where I see "hey I'm Kyogre weak", I go to Latias unless she is completely incompatible with my team.

I agree with Shrang here. Although I was really sceptical of Latias lacking Soul Dew in Ubers, my opinion changed when I saw it take a Modest Water Spout from Kyogre like a boss and heal off the damage. Sure, it will be like 10x better when Soul Dew comes out but currently it is quite a viable Pokemon with decent immunities and resistances.
