Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 - Mark 2 ** Spoilers **

I noticed bug buzz on combee and shell smash on shuckle but who cares any way shuckle can't abuse shell smash and combee sucks anyway they aren't game changing.

But aren't SB formes unable to hold most items? iirc they need to hold a special item to transform, so wouldn't that make utilizing Choice Specs impossible. Although I do agree that Tornadus-SB does have a slight niche, and am interested in testing it.
They don't hold it, they change the same way Shaymin does.

Oh good ive always wanted to use a physical azumarrill ingame :D
and cant wait till this reaches USA...
THE WAIT IS GONNA KILL ME X.X
Same here! Sucks that Azurill doesn't learn Bounce until level 23, though. At least the move relearner is in Driftveil's World Tournament building, so one wouldn't have to wait too long to get Aqua Tail if one chooses to have Azurill learn Bounce instead! :D

Oh my god the new Tornadus is going to be so awesome! It now outspeeds ScarfTar, Starmie, Raikou, Dugtrio and Alakazam, which are all very relevant threats. It also has very good bulk now for a hit and run poke, while the icing in the cake is Regenerator. Specs is going to be more awesome than ever.

Also check some cool calcs: LO Hidden Power Ice from Virizion to old Tornadus: 69.56 - 82.27%, 56,25% chance to ohko after SR
...same vs new Torandus: 62.87 - 74.24%, never a ohko after SR

Non LO Virizion's SE vs old Tornadus: 76.25 - 90.3%, ohko after SR
...same vs new Tornadus: 68.22 - 80.93%, a 43.75% chance to ohko after SR (~35% factoring in SE's accuracy).

Also the BU set is going to be simply amazing with Roost, Regenerator and awesome speed. Enough speed to outspeed Starmie seems like the best benchmark, and then maximize HP and SpD (80/90 HP/SpD is actually respectable). Non-Scarf Rotom-W comes in to stop you? Simply Roost as he uses Volt Switch and continue to boost!

Superpower Flygon, Hydropump Octillery, are a couple more that stick out. Shuckle is always a bit of a gimmick and Contrary + Shell Smash adds to his bag of tricks.

Makes Shell Smash a horrendously worse version of Cosmic Power, I guess?
A better Cosmic Power actually, since Shuckle also has the move that works like Pain Split for offenses, so by cutting your offenses you are also cutting your opponent's offenses which means you increase your defenses even more...

Contrary Shuckle says hi. >.>
Shuckle would still be better off running sturdy with defence curl because defence curl doubles rollouts power as well as its defence and shuckle would be able to keep sturdy which is useful on the defensive variant. With power split it is a good offencive and defensive Pokemon. But shell smash might work for toxic stalling With protect and leftovers.

I was under the impression that the Therian formes were activated via a Key Item
Only if the Tornadus/Thundurus/Landorus is traded over from BW1; if so, they need to hold something to change into Therian Forme (meaning they can't have Leftovers or Choice items or whatever). If traded over from the Dream Radar thing, they stay in Therian Forme, but the Mirror (the item is a mirror thing), when given to them, reverts them to genies with the Defiant ability (Sheer Force for Landorus). It's kind of a confusing mechanic.

I was under the impression it was a key item used to toggle them between forms, not unlike the Gracidea.

Scary Face and Glaciate got scrapped, though "Basic" Kyurem still retain the ability to learn those 2 moves.

And no, neither Forme has the ability to learn Blue Flare / Bolt Strike.

Well I remember reading it on Serebii, and that's how I interpreted it. I'm pretty sure I'm right, because I read over multiple times to figure out what exactly we need the Reflecting Mirror was for (official name for the item, I remember it now!).

EDIT: http://www.serebii.net/black2white2/formchange.shtml
Now that I re-read it, it doesn't clearly state whether the Reflecting Mirror is a held item or a Key Item

EDIT 2: Re-reading again, can't get mirror unless you have Therian Formes, so you can only get new formes via 3DS. Shit, I'm just not functioning on all cylinders today

Do they keep Fusion Bolt/Flare and Freeze Shock/Ice Burn when made to change forme, or do they go the way of Rotom's attacks?

It makes sense, too: you can get the new formes whether you have a 3DS or not, but the Therian Formes can't have the versatility to hold any item unless traded from the Dream Radar, so that in a way is an incentive to buy the app. Although, tbh, I'm not going to get a 3DS just for those formes...they're not what I hoped for...
??? I thought you needed a Therian Forme Landorus to get the Reflecting Mirror in the first place. One of us is remembering this stuff horribly wrong...

I feel sorry for Black Kyurem, having dat amazing attack but losing out on coverage. They could have at least given him Bolt Strike and Icicle Crash. In fact, so far I'm not too impressed with the level up moveset changes. Hopefully the tutors will rectify any problems.

...That one would be me, I skim shit way too fast when reading it
