Perhaps a more efficient EV spread? MoMo can't touch you anyway with Waterfall/Toxic, so I see no point in trying to outspeed it. Beating standard Golurk calls for heavy Speed investment... will edit this once I've taken a look at the speed tiers

You have a point, I think outspeeding minimum Tangela is a better idea. That would make the new EV spread:

evs: 84 Spe / 252 SAtk / 168 HP

This spread lets you outrun minimum speed base 60s. maximum power, rest in bulk. In fact it makes Vileplume pretty bulky overall, making it an even better pivot. I'd like QC to post their thoughts of the set so far, so it can be tweaked and hopefully put on site

Mention Hidden Power Ground in AC. It hits Steel-types and some Poison-types such as Garbodor hard. Petal Dance might be worth noting in AC just for the sheer power (also another thing to differentiate vileplume from amoonguss!), but there aren't many situations where you can afford to lock yourself into it.

Also agreeing that the 84 Speed EV spread is better. Vileplume likes the extra bulk and outspeeding Alomomola isn't that important. Maybe put the original spread in AC because there are a few other Pokemon that sometimes try to outspeed Tangela.
