I will check all suggestions :)

I missed a Gunk Shot! ;-;
wut
I will look into it

I dont agree with several things. For start, paralysis shouldnt be only for electric attacks.
what about moves like stun spore?
i always related poison with paralisis too
dragon shouldnt be immune to fire, is better 1/2, like always. just to avoid free switches.
mewtwo? storm drain? really? man, that's pure fanboysm, download is credible, for the artificial stuff, but not storm drain. kinda sux. electric should x2 steel. steel 'conductives' electricity. fight should x2 bug. bug should do normal dmg to dragon. in pokemon bugs are big, the main reason why a bug do little damage to a dragon is size. ferrothorn with synthesis is abusive, but the intention to play weather with it is good. i should quit synthesis on ferrothorn though. i saw a nice idea on zarel with the 'strength' attack and is give a 30% chance to boost attack. u can try to put that. i would normalize focus blast too, lowering power but increasing accuracy.
Scald does not burn fire types :X
Yeah, Mewtwo changes are because I can. I will make it the most powerful Uber, deal with it :P

Ferrothorn is best used in rain which ruins synthesis, I thought it would be cool since you'd need to run different weathers.

---
I made Focus Blast 120 BP and 85% accuracy, Stone Edge 100% accuracy, 95 BP and normal crit rate.

Hey Joim, since this tier is so wicked i was wondering if you could make it possibel for giratina to be in origin form without the orb. that way it can have lefties, specs whatever. will you maybe consider it?

Hrm... last night, I fought a Joimmons battle; it was very interesting!

My team consists of Muk, Gliscor, Forretress, Scizor, Reuniclus, and Salamence. Somebody told me (please excuse me for not remembering your name! :P) that my team was similar to yours, Joim, I believe??

Yeah, it reminds of my own Toxic Rain team, excellent choices, only I believe Ferrothorn outclasses Forretress entirely in Joimmons now, unless I boost Forretress' stats, hehe

I honestly think that instead of download you should give mewtwo no guard, because it is primarily used for special attacks anyway :L

? I don't understand?? no guard makes the opponent and you guaranteed to never miss, how is that related to special attacks? no guard is primarily used on machamp and golurk for dynamicpunch, no?

Good point. I was just thinking about thunder on a sun team, blizzard on a diff weather team, etc. etc. etc.

Quick guestions:

Does Zapdos get the tier shift boost?

Do Dragon/Fire types get double stab on fire attacks (see charizard)?

All I want to see from this is wider distribution of Friend Guard, Healer, Telepathy, After You, and Quash.

Friend Guard Cress anyone?

Trickster trickroom only lasts 5 turns, including the first one, instead of 7. (or eternally, like insta weather does). I'd say Trickster should lasts the entire game like weather does. That would make things much more interesting. Of course then there must be some kind of move to reverse the trickroom effect though.

lol this.

Also, just wondering if any headway has been made on Poison type attacks hitting in Toxic Rain. I've missed a few Gunk Shots now. :[

Quick guestions:

Does Zapdos get the tier shift boost?

Do Dragon/Fire types get double stab on fire attacks (see charizard)?
Also, yes and no respectively on this.

I have a suggestion. (Most) Metal conducts Electricity. I propose that Electric is super effective against Steel.

I propose the same, mostly because the metalions in water make electricity super effective against water, so logically it must be even more super effective on metal. :) That would be a nice trade for the water resistance.

I'm sorry I haven't been able to give more attention to Joimmons thread as I was on Valencia fallas. Thank you all a lot for your input! I'm gonna see what changes I can introduce and I'm gonna revamp the OP so this is taken more seriously by people with no sense of humour :P

Edit:
-Leech seed now deals different damage deppending on Pokemon resistances.
-Poison Pokémon keep removing Toxic Spikes even if they are immune.
-Blastoise has now the abilities Drizzle, Hydration, and Rain Dish.
-Ferrothorn has now the abilities Iron Barbs, Levitate (it's levitating on the sprite), and Heat Proof. The later is added since Synthesis is basically useless in rain and Ferrothorn has gained a new 4x weakness to Bug in this mod, so it can keep just one 4x weakness since it's a defensive mon, or it prefers to run two 4x weaknesses but Levitate to avoid strong neutral EQs.

Edit2:
Hey Joim, since this tier is so wicked i was wondering if you could make it possibel for giratina to be in origin form without the orb. that way it can have lefties, specs whatever. will you maybe consider it?
That'd be a tad OP and would make little sense. Also it's not Mewtwo :P

I honestly think that instead of download you should give mewtwo no guard, because it is primarily used for special attacks anyway :L
Mewtwo barely never uses non-100% accuracy moves.

Trickster trickroom only lasts 5 turns, including the first one, instead of 7. (or eternally, like insta weather does). I'd say Trickster should lasts the entire game like weather does. That would make things much more interesting. Of course then there must be some kind of move to reverse the trickroom effect though.
Should be like that, it'd be too OP otherwise >.>

Poison type immune to poison type means that Toxic Spikes don't get absorbed. I don't care for this :<
Fixed!

I have a suggestion. (Most) Metal conducts Electricity. I propose that Electric is super effective against Steel.
Stainless Steel is a very bad conductor.

You should give something else Snow Warning and give Rotom-S a new ability and Hurricane
That's a good point:
-Lapras gets Water Absorb, Hydration, and Snow Warning.
-Delibird gets Vital Spirit, Insomnia, and Snow Warning.
-Vanilluxe gets Ice Body, Snow Warning, and Snow Cloak.
-Rotom-S now gets Static and Lightningrod, also Hurricane.
-Slaking gets now Mold Breaker and Thick Fat.

...Yeah, because it doesn't have No Guard. If it had no guard it'd be free to run around spamming Blizzards, Thunders, Focus Blast, and once the upcoming event is released, Hurricane.
You have a point, but adaptability Psystrike will be better :p

If anything, Bugs need a huge buff. Most of them reside in NU. And you nerfed Bugs through screwing their matchup against Dragons and Psychic, even though they gain SE coverage against Steels - but most bugs are still somewhat afraid of Steels because of their common access to Rock-type attacks.

Furthermore, certain Pokémon will remain somewhat bad because of poor coverage. I am looking at multiple Eeveelutions. Jolteon became outclassed by Zebstrika, while Flareon, Glaceon and Leafeon just have bad coverage. Leavanny is in the same boat.

EDIT: Let's not forget Gigalith, Pikachu and UNOWN if we are talking about Pokémon that want a bigger movepool. Delcatty, Ledian, Delibird and a few others also have obvious issues which aren't fixed with increased stats.

I will buff Bugs, presumably tomorrow. I will add moves to eeveelutions to make them better. Btw, update: Poliwrath now gets Close Combat and Focus Punch from gen 5 TM.

Bugs should now hit rock and ground types super effectively lol, coz some bugs live in them.
also mewtwo gets nasty plot coz cats are unpredictable and I bet they're always planning how to take out their owner or get food or sth
EDIT: thinking of tail glow for mewtwo's tail
