Actually Gallade is better with his Bulk Up set thanks to great SpD and boosted Shadow Sneak and using Drain Punch to recover health (A sweeping set should use Swords Dance)

OHKO'd priority even without Life Orb as you can see thanks to Technician. It was a 2HKO by 10% before. Weavile's also faster and can OHKO with Ice Punch even without Technician. As for Mach Punch, Conkeldurr and Breloom can take out at least 60% of its health, but they probably won't survive the acrobatics, Breloom won't, Conk, maybe if it's lost the gem, it probably may if you invested enough in bulk but I doubt it.

Here's Starmie, who's faster:

Hydro Pump: 207.21 - 244.67% Ice Beam: 109.96 - 129.55% Thunderbolt: 109.96 - 129.55%

That being said though, anything with a base speed lower than 110 and not scarfed is done for. Overall, considering that this meta powers up priority moves, most of which KO this guy, I don't think he's that OP, but that's just my opinion.

Focus Blast and Stone edge are Banned in this meta, and I would probably use Charge Beam on Raikou for that Sexy Special Attack boost.

Oh yeah forgot that. Well then Rock Slide only 2HKOs so you'd have to rely on the flinch chance, alternatively Rock Tomb to slow it down for another pokemon to take it out. Charge Beam's a good alternative I suppose since it also KOs.

And Tornadus can forego Focus Blast for HP fighting actually since it has good coverage otherwise, and Technician 60 BP Hp fighting is 90 BP, close to Aura Sphere.

But this is considering he runs modest rather than speed, so if Archeops is running Jolly, he still probably has the upper hand. Alternatively Mixed Tornadus can use either HP fighting or Smack Down, and physical Tornadus can use Smack Down.

I'll start unbanning some Ubers. Blaziken, Excadrill, Manaphy, Thundurus-I, and Tornadus-T are all unbanned at the moment. Genesect will be suspect tested.

Some Pokes were made Ubers because of either their abilities, their ability to abuse other Pokes' abilities, or both. Thus, Blaziken, Excadrill, Landorus-I, Manaphy, Thundurus-I, and Tornadus-T are unbanned. Genesect is going to be suspect tested. Let me know what you guys think.

hmm Manaphy is still really powerful though, as pure water typing is good defensively, and it has access to both Calm Mind and Tail Glow. I am not sure if unbanning it is that good of an idea...

I agree. Technician Water Pulse is pretty powerful, Manaphy can also abuse 60bp Hidden Powers and the likes, and along with Tail Glow and 100s in every stat, it is going to be a challenge to get around.

Whenever this meta gets picked up for XY again, here are the notable changes and additions. Technician BP in (brackets)

First up BP changes
Air Cutter - 55 (82.5) to 60 (90) - slight power fuff, and crits are much easier to abuse this gen
Assurance - 50 (75) to 60 (90) - now much more solid competition for best physical Dark move
Frost Breath - 40 (60) to 60 (90) - even with crits only doing 1.5x damage, this is still a buff to an effective 135 BP
Fury Cutter - 20 (30) to 40 (60) - power progression is now 60-80-160, increasing its viability
Heat Wave - 100 to 95 - drops under 100 BP, making it now legal in the meta
Hex - 50 (75) to 65 - ghosts lose a viable STAB move
Incinerate - 30 (45) to 60 (90) - now a viable Fire move with the added bonus of burning away berries
Low Sweep - 60 (90) to 65 - a huge blow to Fighting-types, as this was their go-to STAB
Pin Missile - 14 (21) to 25 (37.5) - joins the multitudes of powerful multi-hit attacks at an average 112.5 BP, and takes the throne of best physical Bug STAB
Rock Tomb - 50 (75) to 60 (90) - straight buff
Storm Throw - 40 (60) to 60 (90) - see Frost Breath
Struggle Bug - 30 (45) to 50 (75) - with guaranteed SpA drop, this is now the special Bug STAB of choice
Thief - 40 (60) to 60 (90) - adding to the crowded pool of physical Dark STABs, now with item stealing fun!

Notable new additions
Draining Kiss - 50 (75) - with 75% drain, this is the best special Fairy STAB
Parabolic Charge - 50 (75) - 50% drain Electric attack
Power-Up Punch - 40 (60) - increases Attack one stage, now with somewhat useable BP
Water Shuriken - 15 (22.5) - average 67.5 BP priority attack

Also of note is that as Technician replaces ALL abilities, certain power houses are brought back down to earth. Mega Kangaskhan, Mega Gengar, Mega Pinsir, Aegislash, Talonflame, and Greninja are standouts that are heavily nerfed.

Hate to necrobump but TechniciMons XY will be available to play on Joim's Lab as soon as I convince Joim to either update his server or give me SSH access to do so myself
I'm so lazy I still use root account instead of creating an account for myself and forbidding use of root xDDD But yeah, I can update + restart now.
