Ah come on now, you know that Deoxys shouldn't be compared to Charizard. Deoxys is still completely Uber, there are just better options. Charizard on the other hand is an NU mainstay.

I always thought Deoxys was uber simply because it is broken for OU. It's almost like it should be in a borderline tier between uber and OU, since it would have the highest Special Attack, and among the highest attack (second to Kyurem-B) and speed (Second to Ninjask lol). Combine those, and you've got something that would make a great lead.
