Did what I could to try to calculate the base stats of Mega Lucario.

I used the Lucario received at the Master Tower, that seems to have locked stats at:
Hasty@88/83/48/86/55/79 at level 32.

When Mega Evolved, this exact Lucario gets the stats:
88/105/59/102/55/94

From this, one can calculate that Mega Lucario's base stats are probably similar to as follows.

70/ ~145 / ~90 / ~140 / 70 / 112

Riolu still learns Nasty Plot at level 47, while Lucario learns Calm Mind at the same level. Extremespeed and Aura Sphere are now relearner moves (while likely still being level-up moves, my Lucario is just level 47-48).
Bullet Punch is still an egg move (I got a Riolu with it from a trusted source).
