While it can relearn both dragon tail and twister, Dragelge also seems to naturally learn dragon tail at 59 and twister at 65-67 (sorry forgot the exact level).

Skrelp seems like it's in the Dragon egg group (Axew and Goomy were both eligible partners), so I expect it can get some Dragon moves. It wasn't eligible to breed with Tentacool (Water 3). Gotta level up some Dragons to do a real test.

I tested this about two days ago. Can't learn it.

I can tell you it can learn Toxic Spikes by breeding. Need to breed an Omanyte with it first.

To get Toxic Spikes I had to breed an Omanyte with a Tentacool first, then breed that to Skrelp

Friend of mine says that dragalge hidden ability is Adaptability.

dragalge does not get aqua ring, earth power, or mirror coat as egg moves.

Dragalge is in water 1 and dragon egg group. I tried to teach it egg moves:
aqua ring
supersonic
confuse ray
toxic spikes

but none worked except for toxic spikes.

it isn't. acid spray, mud bomb, switcheroo, glare, stockpile, gastro acid, belch, disable, yawn, and curse are also not egg moves.

dragalge does, however, get haze as an egg move.
