Bellsprout retained Weather Ball as an egg move but did not receive Grassy Terrain or Venom Drench. 2nd confirmation of no Petal Blizzard here as well.

Acid Spray is supposedly a new egg move for Bellsprout. If correct, there's likely to be at least one more new Pokemon that gets it to make the chain possible.

Also, since I didn't include the chain in my post above, it's Croagunk -> Cacnea -> Bellsprout.
