Metagross doesn't need that much speed. Gengar will be a bitch to switch in on.

Metagross wants max HP, so it can survive Jolly Dugtrio Earthquake. Celebi should have Heal Bell over Leech Seed.

my team isnt exactly gar weak. celebi counters it, zapdos can switch in on it, metagross beats it, snorlax scares it away. i used to have shadow ball on lax but hitting t-tar is clearly more useful.
what can i do to lax with no leech seed? and cune if i lose zapdos/it gets up a few cms
heal bell? with 1 natural cure, 2 resttalkers, 1 with rest?
and about meta speed, it outspeeds maggy, other metas and a lot of celebis

Both Zapdos and Celebi run the risk of getting hit with Ice Punch, and Gengar can just play the hit and run game on Metagross, not assuming that Gengar may run Hypnosis or Will-O-Wisp. Yes, Celebi is a "general" Gengar" counter, but it doesn't help the fact that switch in on Gengar can be a horrid problem, especially since the only Pokemon that would generally fend it off (Snorlax) can't touch it.

3HKO not including damage over Spikes and possible sandstorm can be a pretty big hindrance. I'm not saying it completely rapes Celebi across the floor, but it's a tricky bastard to deal with, especially considering you don't have a Spinner.

But actually, since I looked back over the team, I noticed your Celebi is of the Calm variant, which was my mistake. In that case, I would definitely ask you to consider Reflect over Leech Seed or HP Grass.
