Information on Dream World abilities and new moves. As son as I find out what the other abilities are, I will post them.

Abilities:
Caterpie: Shield Dust/Run Away (Dream World)
Metapod: Shed Skin/Shed Skin (Dream World)
Weedle: Shield Dust/Run Away (Dream World)
Kakuna: Shed Skin/Shed Skin (Dream World)
Magikarp: Swift Swim/Rattled (Dream World) [this ability raises its Speed when hit by Psychic, Dark, Ghost, or Bug moves]
Ditto: Limber/"Eccentric" (Dream World) [Serebii says Imposter, however this is unconfirmed as Serebii has a few details wrong]
Wurmple: Shield Dust/Run Away (Dream World)
Silcoon: Shed Skin/Shed Skin (Dream World)
Cascoon: Shed Skin/Shed Skin (Dream World)
Wynaut: Shadow Tag/Telepathy (Dream World)
Beldum: Clear Body/Light Metal (Dream World)
Kricketot: Shed Skin/Run Away (Dream World)
Burmy: Shed Skin/Dust Proof (Dream World)
Combee: Honey Gather/Hustle (Dream World)

Moves:
-Kricketot got "Bug Resistance", a 30 power special Bug move that has a chance to lower the foe's Special Attack.
-Tackle's power has been boosted from 35 to 50, and accuracy from 95 to 100.

So yeah Swift Swim is better imo.

Ditto got a massive boost here. It can be EV'd for HP Fire and Scarfed, so if you can KO your opponent's Magikarp and/or Shibishirasu, and send it in after a KO by a weakened Unown, you can proceed to sweep the opposition with HP.

^Burmy also gets Hidden Power, so the same can be said there in case Unown gets lolbanned from here. I do agree, that's Ditto's saving grace this generation. I can still see Limber being of use though.

The great thing about Ditto is that even though it is really good in Standard, it can fit in any metagame, since Ditto is only as good as the Pokémon in the metagame around it. So he can even be in Fail Cup and still be as fail as all the others!

as for swift swim vs self-conscious on Karp, i'd have to say that the latter is better in fail cup, as there is no real way to get rain on the field... right?
