I hope this isn't too late.
1) Flare-Blitz
Doryuuzu - needed for coverage against Skarmory. It doesn't help against any of the few others that can wall it (Swampert and Gliscor are the only two I remember at the moment) so it most likely won't break it. The recoil also helps mons trying to revenge kill it with priority like CB Roobushin.
2) Reliable Recovery
Forretress - It will be interesting to see how forretress's use changes if it gets reliable recovery. Instead of being king of entry hazards, it can also be an amazing and long lasting physical wall, perhaps even on par with Blissey.
Spiritomb and Dusknoir - Their main problem is that they don't have reliable recovery, which again holds them back as walls. It will be interesting to see if this pushes Dusknoir above Burungeru, or if the squid’s ghost/water typing is better than solid ghost.
3) Sucker Punch

4) Trickery
No one that has not been mentioned
5) Tail Glow
No one that has not been mentioned. Having this move would break many, many pokemon.
6) Aura Sphere
Ninetales – It has no way to hit Tyranitar other than HP Fighting, which I believe is not even a 2HKO. Ninetales is the weakest of the weather starters, and has no way of combating the other starters. This would at least stop Tyranitar from switching in for free and getting sandstorm up.
7) Wood Hammer
Scizor – has no way of taking on bulky waters. This would give it a way to OHKO Swampert and threaten most of the other bulky waters that wall it (except Gyarados).
8) Nasty Plot
Rotom – Not alt. forms, just plain Rotom (if that is at all possible). Being the only ghost Rotom now gives it a reason to be used and Nasty Plot could turn it into a powerful (by UU standards) special sweeper. Again, if the moves between the forms must be the same then I do not support this.
9) Close Combat
Kabutops – Has no good fighting type move to help it against steels. This would make it an even more threatening rain sweeper while making it even easier to revenge kill, balancing out its effectiveness and keeping it from being broken.
10) Drill Liner
