I can never stand going mixed, though. I just hate dividing up the EV's. It'd probably still own, though.

I looked back and still see people saying that the effect is random. I will clarify myself again. IF the move gets accepted, we debate which effect it has. If you ask me, I think draining 1/4th should be the effect. In my personal opinion, if a move is going to drain 1/2 damage, it should be under 80 BP. If a move is going to drain 1/3rd damage, it should be between 100 and 80 BP. If it's going to drain 1/4th, it should be between 100 and 120 BP.

Of course, if everyone wants it to be a varied amount, there's nothing I can do to change your mind.

Also, I edited in spiritomb (though, I have no idea how it can utilize the move without claws, but it seems rather cool to me)
