No, we would have to do the same for all other BL pokemon, and I for one don't want to fight someone who has a team of 5 OUs and a BL with a team of 4 OUs and 2 UUs.

Well BL technically isn't OU & there's only like 11 Pokemon in that tier, so no BL? We should have a vote: Should OU Senders be able to give out BL Pokemon?

I vote no, BL pokemon suck. And another thing, I have 6 pokemon and they all suck! I vote for the SPL3 (if it ever happens) we change how things work so everyone gets the same number of OU, UU and possibly BL pokemon.
