Awww... Poison needs more love offensively.

I think 120 base power/85% accuracy is a little too much for Icicle Crash. It has a 20% effect chance, which is only topped by Seed Flare for 120+BP/85+acc. At least lower the PP to 5, or have it be something like 100 BP/90% acc.

Make it always hit in Hail.

And raise the accuracy of Gunk Shot to 90.

Yeah... no...

I wanted to make Icicle Crash a variation of Megahorn, and Ice Punch was bumped up to 90 BP as well. As for the elemental fangs, they are also bumped up to 80 BP.

I will consider lowering the PP to the same as megahorn, but not the always hit in hail thing.

And Gunk Shot?

Why would I raise it? I don't want to make it completely outclass poison jab/cross poison. I gave it a generous boost from 70 to 85, and that's it.
