Mewtwo is probably the best attack wise but Im going with rayqauza. my fav poke of all time since I was 5 and playing emerald, I started TWO new games (hg and ss AGAIN) to actually EV one for once cause hes cool. That and dragon dance on this thing is practically unbeatable unless yu reveng kill it.
